Dear Comrades,
Alaska governor Sarah Palin put in her resignation for the end of July, 18 months short of the end of her first term. She decided not to run for reelection as governor and doesn’t want to finish her term for the sake of just finishing it. Some believe that she is resigning to prepare for a 2012 president run, but her true reason for her resignation isn’t yet known.
Sarah Palin is a very interesting character. She made the 2008 presidential election fun to watch and follow. I think she should consider being in the entertainment business for her next job! Hehe… can you picture a Sarah Palin reality show? A scary thought? I think it would be interesting to watch and a huge hit. And… if she had the desire, the porn industry would probably fight very hard to win a contract with her. Sarah Palin Does Alaska?
If she is resigning to get away from politics and the media, I don’t think it’s going to help. I wish her the best in whatever she is going to do next (hopefully not porn though).

While Palin does fire up a group of far right wing neoconservatives, I don’t think the republican party will make the same mistake twice and let her run for a federal office, but I do see her possibly running as a third party, independent candidate. I’ve always said that I would vote for the first viable 3rd party candidate, so now I’m trembling in my boots praying I won’t have to either vote for her or go against my commitment.
Bush, Cheney and company destroyed the republican party so much that I don’t see it being viable for decades to come, if it can recover at all. The economy, the disaster in Iraq, the disaster in Afghanistan, torture, and so many other things that even go against what my old party used to stand for, has splintered it into too many branches.
Palin did unite people, though. Democrats feel Alaska is much better off, and so do republicans.
I just think she’s hot. I disagree with most of her politics but love to watch her speak. I wouldn’t vote to put her in any office (except in Canada lol) but I’d love to see her with a new late night TV talk show. I’d watch that. Did I mention she’s hot?
I don’t find her hot, but listening to her speak is very entertaining. Hmmm… I wonder what she’ll do after Alaska. LOL, give her to Canada eh?
