Dear Kip,

I am from the Republic of South Africa. Our problem is crime, not sissy stuff like stealing cars, but killing, raping babies and girls to cure AIDS. The younger the victim, the more potent, and victim must scream to wake the healing powers. It is hard to believe and it is more difficult to forget if the details of the little child’s death become known. Every time children disappear it haunts mothers.

Dear CONCERNED CITIZEN,

I have heard of the horrible crimes that occur in Africa. Many of those crimes are wrong on so many levels and need to be stopped.

African countries need white presidents, just like the United States needing a black president. The president isn’t going to fix the problems and will probably fail, but he will bring hope. It is that hope that will lead to change and those changes will fix the problems.
 

Some of those changes need to be:

- Men that commit rape or other sexual crimes need to have their penis decapitated in public. After 7 days of agony they need to be executed publicly by a bull. Female pheromones are to be sprayed on them and they are to be sent into the bullring armed with wooden swords and capes that say “This Is What Happens To Rapists!” or “This is What Happens To Sexual Predators!” Only the bull is to leave the bullring alive. Women that commit rape or other sexual crimes receive the same execution as the men except instead of the public decapitation they have their head shaved bald (if they have hair). Not only will there be a huge drop in sexual crimes, but this change will also revive the suffering tourism industry. 

- Murderers are to be executed in the same manner as their victim(s). Those involved in rape and murder receive the same execution as men that commit sexual crimes, except they are sent into the bullring alone.

- Internet scammers and spammers need to be deported to parts of Africa that doesn’t have electricity.

- Thieves are to workoff triple of what they stole doing hard labor, even if what they stole is recovered.
