There's many things couples can do to improve their relationship, but they both have to be willing. There also has to be a limit on how much mean things you say to the "fat" person, constant insults and other crap will result the person to get depressed and not care about the weight or anything else, in this situation i think both the husband and wife are at fault somewhere. Kip, lol, overweight isn't always caused from eating too much and not feeding a person will make more problems.
